Yes, we want our owners to be actively involved. Some may hire a general manager to oversee day to day operations, while owners focus on marketing, business development and management.
Yes and yes! All owners should plan to operate more than one of our full-service pet grooming mobile pet salons. We believe some owners will operate multiple territories and we offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to additional territories
When our franchise owners decide to add another mobile the lead time fits right in to their development needs.
We have metrics to track the growth and ideal time to procure another mobile trailer. During 2020, it took between 10 and 12 weeks lead time to order and fit out another mobile pet salon to our specifications and branding
No! Our owners are typically managers and don’t need to be the head groomer. Plus, we help owners learn the keys to grooming to manage the team effectively. If you have a background, education or training as a groomer, that’s a plus, but you won’t need to be a groomer in your Vanity Fur business.
Typically 1 to 2 groomers per mobile pet salon depending on days of the week offered for services. Our mobile pet salons typically operate 5 days a week and we run two-shifts with 2 groomers per day.
We will be able to share our Financial Performance Representation, called an Item 19 in our Franchise Disclosure Document which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the revenue potential for your Vanity Fur business
